Refund policy

30-day returns.

 

Anything you order from ANVOR can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

 

Personalized or engraved items are not refundable once produced.

 

To start a return, email hello@anvor.dog with your order number. We will reply with the return address and any next steps.

 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. In those cases, we cover return shipping or send a replacement, customer's choice.

 

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the returned item being received. Refunds land back in the original payment method, which may take a further 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
